1- Coloque o café em pó dentro de um recipiente grande com tampa.
2- Despeje a água fria dentro, misture bem e deixe fora do frigorífico, de preferência longe do sol, por, no mínimo, 12 horas.
3- Com recurso a filtros de café e uma peneira, coe o café. Repita o processo para evitar grãos.
4 -Sirva com cubos de gelo e um pouco de leite, açúcar a gosto e extrato de baunilha.
